Biography

After being in the modeling industry for the better part of her teenage years, Meilan "Phoenix" Sterling took a break from the business to pursue a career in Criminal Justice. With that goal accomplished, she made her return in 2006 determined to take the term "dangerous curves" to an entirely different level.

In doing so she's graced the cover for two ezines, was First Runner Up for the Ms. BBW Ohio 2007 Crown, became a Thick~E~Thickumz Ent. Diva, co-sponsored a New Talent Portfolio Mixer entitled "Stilettos and Slhouettes", and was the June 2009 "Diamond" for 1dotfmjamz.com.

However, her most notable accomplishment came in March 2009 wth the launch of Camera Shy Exclusive (formerly known as Camera Shy Inc.). As CEO of this developing company she has managed to network and appear at the events everyone talks about the next day.

A firm believer in positive self-esteem and embracing her Native American ethnicity with all its uniquely beautiful features, she has embarked on a journey of notifiying the world that sexy doesn't come shrink wrapped or "fit to size". Its a mental notion and you are what you think.
